For Cardiff shops
We’re the marketing department you can’t afford.
Photography, a customer list, the follow-up, the checkout, the reviews, the numbers. You keep doing the part you’re good at. It costs 8% of what you actually sell, and nothing at all in a week you sell nothing.
What it costs, in full
No monthly fee. No setup cost. No contract or notice period. One flat commission on what sells.
| A customer buys something for | £30 |
|---|---|
| Our commission (8%) | −£2.40 |
| You receive | £27.60 |
| Card processing, charged by Stripe directly to you (about 1.5% + 20p) | −65p |
The money never touches us. The customer pays into your own Stripe account and our commission comes off the top automatically. We don’t hold your takings and we don’t pay you out later — that would make us a money business, and it’s not what you want from a website.
Delivery is charged on top and we take nothing from it. You set the fee, the area and the minimum order. The commission is on goods only — we’re not taking a cut of a courier.
What you get
Photography
We photograph your stock properly. It’s yours to use anywhere — your own social, your window, whatever.
A shopfront that sells
Your story, your hours, your stock, written by people who came and talked to you.
Checkout and payments
Card payments, receipts and refunds, without you setting any of it up.
Customers, plural
People browsing Cardiff, not a search engine. We push what’s new and what’s in Last Call.
The follow-up
People who bought from you hear about it when you list something new, so one sale turns into a regular.
Numbers that mean something
What sold, what got looked at and never bought, which postcodes buy from you.
What we need from you
- Twenty to fifty things you’re happy to sell online. Not your whole stockroom — curated beats comprehensive, and nobody’s got an EPOS feed to mirror.
- Someone who can pack an order within about two hours during opening hours. Same-day is the whole point.
- Honest descriptions. If something’s got a chip in it, say so — that’s what Last Call is for.
- Keep the stock numbers roughly right, so nobody buys the last one twice.
